This is a work in progress.  The 44-77 Sharps is supposed to be .446"-.447" groove diameter.  So far, we haven't found anyone that has ever seen one that small. .450"-.455" is more like it.  The original was soft lead and a hollow base.   .449" might not be large enough so slug your barrel.
