We make three different  148 gr. wad-cutters.  This one is hollow base. The hollow skirt will swell under pressure to create a gas seal. This bullet style will handle low pressure / low velocity best.

If you are seating this flush with the case mouth, make sure you don't mix live ammo with empty cases.
