Standard 30 Carbine bullet.  This is a really pleasant 1400-1600 fps bullet for the M-1's. You will need to load it hot enough to work the action and you're good to go. No leading, no fouling in the gas system.

It's also pretty cool to load quiet loads for larger 30 cals also.
